Is DriversLOG a FREE App?
DriversLOG is FREE for individuals and Business Establishments to add up to 2 vehicles for trial purpose, until they opt to upgrade it to a Paid account. For Individual user, First Vehicle has to be in Registrant name and second on Family member name. For Business user, both vehicles have to be in the establishment name. Both Individuals and Establishments can upgrade a FREE account to a PAID account any time.
What is the subscription fee per vehicle for PAID Account?
Upon upgrading to a PAID Account, annual subscription fee is charged based on total number of DriverLOG accounts desired to be added as per the plan below:

For Individual account: Dhs.36/- per year from the upgraded date for 12 months. If a new DriverLOG account is added later, subscription fee will be charged from the added date to next subscription renewal date at Dhs. 0.10 per day. VAT is added on top of the subscription charges.

For Business Establishment Account: Dhs.54/- per year from the upgraded date for 12 months. If a new DriverLOG Account is added later, subscription fee will be charged from the added date to next subscription renewal date at Dhs.0.15 per day. VAT is added on top of the subscription charges.

Each DriverLOG account subscribed will qualify to add 1 vehicle.
How does DriversLOG Usage Work?
DriversLOG offers a convenient and user-friendly app for both personal and business use. Here's how it works:

a. Account Creation: You can easily create an account through DriversLOG app. Whether you're an individual or representing a business, the registration process is done entirely within the app.

b. Add up to 2 Vehicles and 2 drivers. First driver login is for primary account holder and second driver login for family member (on personal account) or one additional staff member for an Establishment account.

c. Upgrade to paid Subscription:

Until we enable web payment gateway, upgrading to paid account requires to send us an e-mail and receive a PI. Once payment is received, account will be upgraded to a paid account with the number of vehicles and drivers qty. Once payment gateway is activated, you can upgrade to paid subscription by logging to the web portal. Please call 050 746 6564 or email at driverslog@itcshj.ae for upgrading to paid account.
What are the different user roles available in iziFLEET & DriversLOG?
There are four defined user roles: a. Registrant, b. Driver c. Administrator and d. Supervisor

a. Registrant: While creating an account through DriversLOG Mobile app, Registrant automatically becomes the primary account holder with all rights. In Free version, Registrant can add up to 2 vehicles and create login account for 2 drivers. Delete account can only be done by the Registrant.

b. Driver: The Driver login account and credentials can be created only by the registrant or Administrator in the case of Establishment. Driver cannot create a login for himself, but can create a Driver account for himself after registering as a Registrant.

c. Administrator: This user role is available only for Establishment account holders who can act on behalf of the Registrant, who may be owner of the establishment and do not have the time to administer. Registrant has to create Administrator account.

d. Supervisor: This user role is available only for Establishment account to act on behalf of the Driver, to carry out the data entry on behalf of the Driver who may not have the necessary skills to enter the data. Both Registrant and Administrator can create Supervisor account.
Who have access to web version?
Registrant, Administrator and Supervisor have access to web version www.iziFLEET.com. Driver is not allowed to login to the web version as iziFLEET provides functions to edit logs in certain cases.
Who have access to DriversLOG Mobile App version?
Registrant and Driver has access to Mobile App using their credentials. If Administrator or Supervisor has to access, they must be added as drivers and can only login to DriversLOG using their driver login credentials.
Why am I receiving an error message when attempting to add a vehicle in the app or web interface?
The free version of DriversLOG only supports up to 2 vehicles.
If you need to add more vehicles to your account, it will give error message.please contact us via call or WhatsApp at 050 746 6564 or send us an email at driverslog@itcshj.ae. Our team will be happy to help your account to be upgraded to a paid account.
What happens a free account is upgraded to a paid account?
When upgrading from a free account to a paid account, the Registrant can add only one Admin. Both the Admin and Registrant can add Supervisors. The number of Supervisor accounts allowed is determined by the number of vehicles. For every 10 DriverLOG Accounts, one Supervisor account can be added. The number of vehicles that can be added is determined by the number of DriverLOG license subscribed in the paid account. 1 Vehicle can be added for each DrvierLOG License in the business account.

Supervisors cannot add users, but they can enter data on behalf of the Driver users. They act as data entry personnel for the drivers.

The subscription fee is paid for a period of 12 months from the date of upgrade, known as the "Subscription Base Date." When adding a new vehicle later, the fee for that vehicle is calculated based on the number of days from the activation date until the Subscription Base Date.

For example, if the Subscription Base Date is January 1, 2024, and a new vehicle is added on April 15, 2020, the subscription fee for that vehicle will be prorated for the 260 days until the Subscription Base Date. This alignment ensures that all vehicle subscriptions expire on the same date and the subscription fee for subsequent years are computed for 1 year from base date.

Please note that these adjustments allow for a concise and efficient management of subscription periods and vehicle additions within the paid account.
What happens when a subscription is not renewed? Is there a grace period?
To ensure a smooth subscription process and timely payments, it is essential for customers to submit their subscription fee within 30 days after the expiry date. Failure to do so will result in the account being deactivated, preventing access to both the web and mobile applications.

In the case of a paid account, if the payment is not received, the customer will lose the privilege of using even the free 2-vehicle account or create a new account.

Please note that downgrading from a paid account to a free account is not possible under any circumstances. However, in exceptional situations, the account manager may authorize extensions on a case-by-case basis.

This policy ensures the efficient management of subscriptions and encourages timely payments while providing flexibility in unforeseen circumstances.

How long can an Individual or Establishment hold FREE account?
While Individual’s FREE version is 12 months for 2 vehicles, Establishment account is FREE for 3 Months. The limitation is due to the huge storage space required to store vehicle records.
What is the Process of Deleting my account?
Deleting the account is done 3 steps:

a. Initiate a Delete Request authenticated by a SMS. Immediately the account is disabled. No one can login.

b. Cool Off Period is 3 days. Registrant can call support to revoke if done by mistake. During this time, back-office checks if there are any pending issues on the account and will contact the Registrant to clear those issues to proceed for permanent deletion of the account.

c. After the cool off period or after resolving pending issues, account is permanently deleted from all systems after Registrant’s authentication through SMS.

What is the purpose of the DriversLOG Mobile App?
The DriversLOG Mobile App serves the following purposes:

1. Capture vehicle and driver-related activity: The app allows users to record and document various activities related to vehicles and drivers in real-time. It enables capturing visual evidence through photos and audio recordings.

2. Cloud storage: All captured information is securely stored in the cloud, ensuring that important data is backed up and easily accessible from anywhere.

3. Effortless retrieval and sharing: The app provides a convenient way to retrieve stored data whenever required. Users can quickly search and access specific information related to vehicles or drivers, eliminating the need for cumbersome paper documentation. Furthermore, users can easily share the captured information with relevant parties, such as fleet managers, supervisors, or colleagues or government offices.

4. Paperless vehicle file management: By using the DriversLOG Mobile App, users can eliminate the traditional practice of filing documents in a paper vehicle file. This not only saves time and reduces paperwork but also promotes environmental sustainability.

How do I delete a Driver from my account?
Deleting a driver from your account is a process reserved for Registrants or Admins. If you are a driver, kindly reach out to your Registrant or Admin for deleting you.

If you are a Registrant/Admin looking to delete a driver, please follow these steps:

1. Initiate a Delete Request via E-mail by contacting driverslog@itcshj.ae.

2. Allow a 3-day Cool-Off Period. This acts as a precautionary measure in case the delete request was initiated accidentally. If needed, our support team can assist in canceling the request during this period.

Should you still wish to proceed, ensure you download the required logs of the driver slated for deletion.

3. After the 3-day cool-off period, all data linked to the to-be-deleted driver will be permanently erased. Kindly Note: This action requires authentication by the Registrant.

4. Upon successful deletion, a credit note for the remaining license credits for the deleted driver until the expiry date will be issued, deducting a 2-month cancellation fee if the expiry is less than 2 months away.

Can I transfer one Driver's License to another Driver?
No, unfortunately, this is not allowed due to stringent data security and privacy regulations. To obtain a new driver's license for the new driver, you must follow the standard application procedure.
